The Fluid Distribution System

The Fluid Solution for Extended Continuous Operation.

The Fluid Distribution System (FDS) is designed to facilitate fluid distribution on permanent installations. It’s ideal when high volume usage makes manual refilling of containers too labor intensive or machines are not easily accessible. It is a simple yet effective means for refilling pails of fluids in remote areas.

The FDS Pump is the driver in the system. It pumps the fluid from the 55 gallon (205 liters) drum to the FDS Pails. When the pails fill and the float valve closes, it creates a back pressure on the fluid line, causing the pressure switch in the pump to shut off the power to the pump. For high-capacity users, a 25 gallon (94.6 liters) FDS storage tank is also available.

Fluid Distribution System has a five-year warranty against manufacturer’s defect.
